  • Used or washed items cannot be accepted for exchange or return under any circumstances.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items after verification.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Non-Eligible Items:

    • Used or washed items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items purchased during final sales or clearance promotions.

Process for Exchanges

  1. Initiate an Exchange:

  2. Exchange Conditions:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • If the requested item is out of stock, customers can choose a refund or exchange for another product.
  3. Shipping for Exchanges:

    • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the original item.
    • Bambunki will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued when the exchanged product is out of stock.
  • Customers can choose between receiving a refund or exchanging the item for another product.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after verification.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund (if the product is out of stock).
